Maharaj Kumbha, also known as Rana Kumbha, was a renowned ruler of the Mewar kingdom in present-day Rajasthan, India. He was born in the year 1433 and reigned from 1433 to 1468. Maharaj Kumbha belonged to the Sisodia Rajput clan, which was known for its valiant warriors and strong leadership.
Kumbha's father, Rana Mokal Singh, was the ruler of Mewar, and after his death, Kumbha ascended to the throne at a young age. Despite his youth, he displayed remarkable administrative skills and military prowess. Under his rule, Mewar witnessed significant cultural, architectural, and military advancements.
